Cancellation Policy
At Pixel Potion, LLC, we strive to offer flexible and client-friendly services. Our cancellation policies are designed to be straightforward and fair, reflecting the nature of the specific services we provide. Please review the following policies pertaining to each service category.
Website Development Service Cancellation Policy
Our Website Development Service is provided under a 12-month contract agreement. While we allow cancellation at any point during the contract term, please note the following conditions:
Upon cancellation, the remainder of the contract value becomes due and must be paid in full. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at info@pixelpotion.com. Any outstanding work will be completed and delivered up to the point of cancellation, after which all services will cease.
Payment obligations incurred prior to the cancellation will remain in effect until paid in full as per the contract terms.
SEO Services Cancellation Policy
We offer SEO Services billed on a monthly basis, providing flexibility for our clients. The cancellation policy for SEO Services is as follows: clients may cancel SEO Services at any time.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, all SEO services will be discontinued after the completion of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the cancellation of services mid-cycle.
Social Media Service Cancellation Policy
Our Social Media Service is also billed monthly and may be canceled according to the client’s needs. The cancellation policy for Social Media Services is: clients may cancel Social Media Services at any time.
Written notice of cancellation must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Following cancellation, the services will cease after the current billing cycle is complete. No refunds are available for any unused portion of the month. General Provisions for Cancellation
All cancellation notices must be sent to info@pixelpotion.com. Pixel Potion, LLC will confirm receipt of the cancellation notice and provide any final invoicing details. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the cancellation notice has been received and acknowledged by Pixel Potion, LLC. Any fees incurred prior to the date of cancellation are the responsibility of the client and must be paid in full.

Delivery Policy
At Pixel Potion, LLC, our commitment is to provide timely and efficient delivery of digital services to our small business clients. This Delivery Policy outlines our standard practices and procedures for the delivery of website development, social media management, and SEO services.
Website Development Delivery
Project Timeline: Upon commencement of a website development project, we will provide an estimated project timeline.
Milestone Updates: Clients will be informed of the completion of project and any adjustments to the timeline.
Final Delivery: The final website will be delivered for review and approval by the client as per the agreed deadline. Any delays or changes to the delivery date will be communicated promptly.
Acceptance Testing: Upon final delivery, the client will have a specified period to test the functionality of the website. Any issues identified during this period will be addressed according to the terms of the service agreement.
Social Media Management Delivery
Content Calendar: The content schedule will be outlined the invoice agreement.
Regular Posting: Content will be posted on the relevant social media platforms as per the agreed schedule.

SEO Services Delivery
Initial Analysis: An initial SEO analysis report will be delivered outlining the current status and the proposed strategy.
Ongoing Execution: SEO tasks, including on-page optimization and content creation, will be performed as per the agreed strategy.

General Provisions
Delivery Channels: All digital deliveries will be made through secure online channels, such as client portals, email, or other agreed-upon digital delivery methods.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any required content to avoid delays in delivery.
Revisions: Any requested revisions will be delivered according to the terms specified in the service agreement.
This Delivery Policy is intended to ensure a transparent and effective working relationship with our clients. Pixel Potion, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy to reflect the evolving needs of our business and clients.
